The Checkbridge fully managed spam filtering service is an affordable, highly configurable,
highly effective Internet based solution. Unwanted email is stopped before it clogs your network
and storage capacity, while you and your customers maintain control of the service. Border Scout
applies a unique, flexible approach to spam filtering to ensure an extremely high proportion of
spam is filtered, whilst false positives are kept very low.

The Checkbridge fully managed anti-virus service applies the most sophisticated technologies
available to address the problems that continue to be caused by email borne viruses. Scanning
both incoming and outgoing email your residential and business subscribers are protected
from receiving or sending viruses - while a serious vulnerability for your network,
unprotected customers, is addressed at source.

The Border Scout service set has been constructed in a modular fashion, so that as much
flexibility can be incorporated into the standard service offering as possible. The full service
consists of core and optional service components. The costs for the core components are
accounted for in the monthly recurring fees. The costs for optional service components
are not included in the monthly recurring fees and therefore may incur additional,
one-of payments.

The web-based user interface provides individual users and group administrators the flexibility
to configure preferences for their needs. Users can create their own black and white lists, release
emails from quarantine and set their own 'spam threshold', while administrators can also set
group policies for the management of attachments.

Checkbridge will not provide second line support directly to our partner on a 24 x 7 basis.
Mechanisms for first line support staff to escalate calls to Checkbridge will be established
during integration of Border Scout with our partner's infrastructure.
